Food chain during current chinese server stage

We did around one hour of testing different sets against each other, i want to share the data we collected. Those are easy to obtain sets, meant for normal players. I should have recorded it, but didn't think about it from start.
First test was Blood Blade Sect 2nd set (Blood Blade Technique) at lv7, it continuously destroyed Nine Palace set (lv10), Buddha Heart Palm (lv10) and LingLong Dice (lv8).
In the case of Nine Palace - BBS set simply didn't let to start any combo due to 5m range charges and two long range skills (kd and stun).
In the case of Buddha Heart Palm and LingLong Dice - they did nice CC, but as soon as my life was below 50% - i used BBS rage combo and killed without a chance to fail. Without Tang or Beggar inner those two sets cannot fight BBS.
Then we tested BBS set vs Jade Lady Flower Sword (Ancient Tomb 2nd set) at lv1, BBS set was destroyed every time without a chance to win, BBS set had much less damage (being external) and combo capability.
Then we tested BBS set vs Mt. Hua sets (1st and 2nd) at lv1, again BBS set was destroyed every time without a chance to win. However Mt. Hua 2nd set clearly had much more CC (i would say it is stronger than 1st) while 1st set did much more damage and longer combo (combo is harder to start than 2nd set).
Then we tested ChangFeng 2nd set vs those sets, ChangFeng set is clearly much weaker even compared to BBS set.
Then we tested Chinese TaiXuan sword (new world west region) at lv10 vs Nine Palace swords, TaiXuan sword was destroyed by Nine Palace without a chance to win.
Then we tested Mad Demon Staff at lv4 vs several sets, Mad Staff clearly has a good combo capability, but it requires low latency and high level of set, otherwise many combos will fail and damage will be too low.
We didn't test Holy Water Palace 2nd set, but it clearly has good CC and damage.

BBS set destroyed new world north region GuXi Secret and QuanZhen Sword.
Soul Chasing Cross Staff destroyed Holy Wind Technique.
KuiXing Kick vs Ghost King Dagger, strength is similar.
Basic Kung Fu is purely a PvE set, it cannot fight in PvP at all. It is great in new world - elites die in no time to 15-20k crits every 3s.
Our conclusion.
Good 99 sets.
Nine Palace Swords - only switch to it after a different set knock down (like Ghost King Dagger rage) for rage armor rage that cannot be dispelled.
Ghost King Dagger - a very good main set for PvP, rage skill allows to start a new combo or to switch to a different set.
QiuZhi Sword - a very good set for mass PvP, it has three long range aoe knockdowns, one with red armor and another with 50% evasion buff.
Rainbow Moves - a very good 1v1 multiple charge set with high damage, red armor and damage shield.
Soul Chasing Cross Staff - set with two yellow armor skills and long combos. It does not allow to hit parry at all, or you will take a long and high damage internal combo.
Good New World sets.
Full Moon Scimitar - triple charge set with strong DoT and long combos, absolutely forbid to strike parry.
Chinese TaiXuan Sword - it can fight against some sets, but there are many sets that will destroy it. I suggest to use it for PvE DPS with an inner that adds damage per hit (tang 2nd, beggar 4th).
Golden Deer Holy Blades - set with a very fast feint and stun and +30% damage buff. If you have jade 6x damage twin blades and 454 manuals - it can do a very high damage. In PvP requres low latency - you just need to be able to use parry and feint.
Western Fencing - a set with good combos, good damage and extremely high multi hit, can be very good with inners that add damage per hit. And it can kill you if opponent has tai ji fist - each hit taken adds 2 rage points to the target. I suggest to use Mt. Hua inner with this set to reduce opponent's rage points. Can be used as a very good internal DPS set if combined with added damage per hit.
QuanZhen Sword - it has good control, but damage is lacking, need a main/sub weapon with parry break to increase damage, also there are a plenty of sets that can counter it.
GuXi Secret - it has high damage and good CC, but some sets can counter it. Also it can be used as good internal DPS set.
Good New Sect sets.
Blood Blade Technique - it is very good in PvE, i do solo Mind Demon, School Instances and normal Instances with it. In PvP it is a set with a very high damage (damage can be huge with a 6 x parry break jade blade), two 5m range charges, one 20m range knock out skill (cannot use in melee due to slow animation) and a 20m range instant stun (with 6 parry stacks, otherwise just high damage). Once your life is below 50% - rage skill (yellow armor) will instantly stun for 3s everyone within 5m radius, after rage you can do a long combo that most likely will kill them. Usually fight may be unfavorable to you until 50% of life, but after that you can finish the fight in one combo.
Jade Lady Flower Sword - long range internal set with long combos and very high damage, beats BBS set every time.
ChangFeng 1st set (forgot name) - low damage/scaling and is external, requires spear. It is similar to Mad Demon Staff, but is much weaker in both damage and control. I'd say ChanFeng has bad sets, but decent inner vs slow-hitting sets (like tai chi fist, blood kill blade, rainbow moves, etc).
Mount Hua Swordplay - very high damage due to long combos and many skills included per combo, so 6 times damage sword with 454 manuals will add a lot of damage. It can kill in one combo. Always beats BBS set,
Swift Gale Sword - very high CC, very long combos, high base damage and attribute scaling, but is external, requires 6x parry break jade sword. Always beats BBS set.
Shocking Snow Stings - high base damage, high attribute scaling, internal, two charges, two other CC skills, rage will stun with each hit and you can link other skill after rage ends. We didn't test it since it's only my alt with this set, but it looks very promising.

Image was taken with 6x damage C6 jade stings, so if you use parry break weapon - will be around 100 points less damage (parry break value / 4 is added as base damage too). Besides the ancient sets - it may be the strongest external set in the game (is Soft element).
